I wanted to label it "Poor Man's Kitchen", but the name seems to be already taken. It would not have meant - how can a 'poor man' with bare bones survive with meals that are economical. Rather, it's just that the 'kitchen is poor' because if you are living as a single man/woman (or even a couple), investing in a sophisticated kitchen would not make much sense.
The recipes I present are really simple that one could make out of simple and readily available ingredients and with a kitchen that needs a basic (bare minimum) implements/utensils.
